The One Minute Manager


This is the new management term which apply successfully on daily task for everyone. The One Minute Manager is the best management theories which would help you to improve your daily life and be a success one in life.


There are 3 secret steps to be the One Minute Manager:



1st step:
One Minute Goal Setting

People who feel good about themselves will produce good result.

The One Minute Manager believe on the people result, growing people and lead them be the manager themselves.
The One Minute Goal Setting apply successfully when:
  • Agree on your goals.
  • See what good behavior look like
  • Write out each of your goal on a single sheet of paper using less than 250 worlds
  • Read and re-read each goal, which require only a minute or so each time to do it.
  • Take a minute every once in a while out of your day to look at your performance.
  • See whether or not your behavior match your goal.
Take a Minute to look at your goal, then look at your performance weather your behavior is match your goal.
Take your time to grow people around, Show off yourself and the way you are. Then, they can easily understand how to work with you.


2nd Step: The One Minute Praising

Help People reach their full potential , Catch them doing something right. Or Put people on the right bus

  • Tell people up front that you are going to let them know how they are doing.
  • Praise people immediately.
  • Tell people that what they did right- be specific.
  • Tell people how good you feel about what they did right , and how it help the organization and other people around them.
  • Stop for moment of silent to let them FEEL how good you feel.
  • Encourage them to do more of the same.
  • Shake hand or touch people in a way that make it clear that you support their success in the organization.
Let them catch the ball and follow the ball, Be the self- improvement. Every problem ended up with the clear and reasonable solution with encouragement.

3rd Step: The One Minute Reprimand

Make people feel not to repeat the same mistake they did.

  • Tell people beforehand that you are going to let them know how they are doing and in no uncertain terms.
  • Reprimand people immediately.
  • Tell people what they did wrong - Be specific.
  • Tell people how you feel about what they did wrong- and in no uncertain terms.
  • Stop for a few seconds of uncomfortable, keep silent to let them feel how you feel.
  • Shake hand or touch them in a way to let them know that you are honest on their side.
  • Remind them how much you value them.
  • Reaffirm that you think well of them but not of their performance in this situation.
  • Realize that when the reprimand is over, is over.
  • Forget and forgive their mistake.
We are not just our behavior but we are the person who managing our behavior.
Goal begin behaviors, Consequences Maintain behaviors.

The One Minute Manager stand on the balance growth of people under his management and always support people to stand on their ground.
There are 3 kind of employee
1. The potential one who is experience and opportunity opened to the manager.
2. The no experience on who is able to grow and get chance to learn.
3. The one who we have to wish that he or she is able to work.

The One Minute Manager is starting with the number 2 to Number 3 because he trusts to grow people around him to be One Of Him. Based on the American Theories called NIHYSOB which is stand for Now I Have You SOB.

Even somewhere but in your heart

Have I sometimes been away far form you??
I thought that I have been doing too less thing for you but I am doing such many thing to comfort you.

How can we still the same? I am wondering to why we are sometimes so close but seem to be away. What can I do to make your feeling stay?

I do realize that the sound of saying I love U is easy to say out but making it for some1 we love is not easy. I feel I lost confident however i will not give it up....I also never thought of the way to let you go, Baby.

The end of the way we are walking to is almost end cos I still found you are in the way to change but I am alright to be you be on your way...Baby, I would give up everything even my smile if this is your needs and I do understand that there is no result to carry on but let me be with you for the rest of your life time.
